My whole life I have always played sport and been a very active person, I play rugby, hockey and cricket. I was lucky enough to be part of a few teams where we won national tournaments. Going to the gym was always part of my training and then became something I truely enjoyed and wanted to learn everything about, this then led me to become a coach
I really am my biggest critic, when is comes to sport or training in the gym I always want perfection. Always pushing to get better and when I was young rushing to get there. Moving ahead I realised that you need to follow the process and do not at a time and you will get there. Slowing down and being patient has been a real eye opener and helped to still reach goals without being so hard on myself
I love helping people on their fitness journeys and seeing their progression. The greatest thing is seeing someone work hard at a specific goal and helping them get there and when they reach that goal the happiness it brings is just amazing and makes the whole journey worth it!
